We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
Shipping Cost
- Standard EU Shipping: Free on all orders over €49
- For orders below €49, standard rates may apply depending on destination.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
- EU delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your country.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All KaemPure orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect customer privacy.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your KaemPure product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and may offer:
- A refund, or
- A replacement unit
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email used at checkout) is required.
- Partially used products may still qualify under our satisfaction guarantee, subject to review.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned, but may still qualify for a refund depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products not purchased directly from our official website
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they arrive damaged or defective.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the product and packaging
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:
- Please check with neighbours or local postal service first.
- If still not found, contact us and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.
