We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

  • Standard EU Shipping: Free on all orders over €49
  • For orders below €49, standard rates may apply depending on destination.
Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
  • EU delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your country.
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your KaemPure product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and may offer:

  • A refund, or
  • A replacement unit

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email used at checkout) is required.
  • Partially used products may still qualify under our satisfaction guarantee, subject to review.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned, but may still qualify for a refund depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products not purchased directly from our official website
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they arrive damaged or defective.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product and packaging

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

  • Please check with neighbours or local postal service first.
  • If still not found, contact us and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.
